An especially time-efficient method of leaf management through the next generation of leaf cutting and leaf management technology available for licensing or acquisition.
Collection and disposal times can be cut by up to 75%. The reduced volume is also easier on landfills, when the cut leaves are disposed of in that fashion.
- The next generation technology reduces leaf cutting noise levels addressing local noise-related bans against leaf blowers, particularly gas-powered ones used in residential neighborhoods. This new technology is approximately 30 times quieter than a current standalone leaf shredder.
- U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently introduced exhaust emissions standards that will start to take effect in 2011 and 2012 for small spark-ignition engines such as those used in lawn and garden equipment.

Marketing Manager – Product Channels
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish product marketing goals, objectives, and strategies to drive market share and profitability within budget constraints. Complete annual product line business plan and budget.
- Manage goals and objectives associated with product line regarding advertising, promotion, web site, trade-show displays, and literature. Work with Marketing Communications personnel to implement the plan within allocated budgets.
- Establish and maintain market pricing for their appropriate product offering and the competitive orientation within the market.
- Monitor product line profitability continuously and take appropriate actions with the business unit to meet or exceed company objectives.
- Assist the sales and planning departments in establishing forecasts for new and current product offerings.
- Act as liaison for field sales and the manufacturing business unit.
- Conduct research, evaluate the results and report on customer satisfaction, to include studies to determine market potential for new, redesigned, or existing products.
- Lead and manager front-end of the new product development efforts for responsible product line. Work closely with Engineering on application requirements necessary to meet/beat conditions and/or competitive products and pricing
- Work with Director of Sales Research to collect, analyze and report market information including statistical market share data, competitive information, and market trends.
- Analyze product sales by region, market, and segments to identify areas of strength and weakness. Work with sales management to develop and implement a strategy to maximize product penetration in those areas.
- Review instructional programs, sales brochures, web site, and advertising material to assure consistency with marketing goals.
- Participate in trade events, sales calls, training and business planning as required.
